We operate our ranch from Saturday – Friday in order to give our horses and staff a day to prepare for incoming guests. During non-peak seasons in May and September, guests are also able to book for three nights checking in on Saturday (around noon). Five night stays may also be available upon request.
You can leave your wallet at home when you arrive at The Majestic. We are a true all-inclusive ranch so all meals, welcome snacks, all activities, airport transfers to and from Cortez or Durango are included.
$475 per night for adults
$375 per night for kids 4-years-old+
Free for toddlers three-years-old and under – babysitting if needed is $15/hr.
We are able to provide early booking discounts of up to 15% in addition to group discounts for ten or more guests.

Not included: 6.9% sales tax fee and a 12.9% resort fee used to help pay for our 2 million+ trail access. Massages can be arranged for $65/hr. Alcohol is provided during adult only weeks and is available for purchase (nominal fees) the rest of the season.
Cancellation Policy: Majestic is extremely flexible allowing guests to postpone their reservation for one year with no added costs. If you are unable to make it to our ranch, we charge a $100 per person fee as long as you’re able to cancel 60 days or more prior to your visit. If you must cancel within 60 days, Majestic will need to keep the deposit since it’s unlikely we would be able to re-sell your cabin.
