At Majestic, our kitchen team works to provide a one-of-a-kind culinary experience throughout your stay—complete with a few extra special touches. To give you an idea of what we have to offer, please check out our sample menu below.
Breakfast
Start your day off right with a hearty ranch breakfast featuring made-to-order omelets prepared by our dedicated ranch owner, Robert. Enjoy crispy bacon, golden breakfast potatoes, fluffy pancakes and waffles, fresh fruit, and yogurt.
Each day, our kitchen team also prepares rotating specialty items —think gooey cinnamon rolls, French toast bites, eggs Benedict, or biscuits and gravy.
You can always expect a generous spread including eggs, breakfast meat, a potato dish, grits or oatmeal, fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, and a specialty item to start your day off right.
Lunch
After a morning full of adventure, refuel with a mid-day meal that’s as satisfying as it is delicious. Our lunch offerings feature a diverse lineup of ranch favorites—hand-tossed pizzas, grilled Wagyu burgers with all the fixings, birria tacos with homemade salsa, crispy fish and chips with housemade tartar, and classic grilled cheese paired with homemade tomato soup.
Top it all off with a sweet treat from our kitchen—freshly baked brownies, cookies, and a rotating selection of homemade desserts served daily.
Dinner
Evening selections at Majestic feature a rotating selection of smoked and gourmet meats, flavorful salads, seasonal vegetables, and housemade sides.
Guests can look forward to dishes like tender filet mignon, juicy prime rib, grilled lamb chops, and southwest chicken chili verde—each prepared with quality ingredients and bold, straightforward flavors. Every meal is accompanied by a hearty fresh salad, homemade sides, and warm bread.
Finish the evening with one of our homemade desserts, such as tiramisu, cheesecake, or cobbler.
Special Diets
We are happy to accommodate guests with food allergies. Please let us know in advance of your arrival so our kitchen team can prepare alternative menu options. While we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free kitchen, we will do our best to provide safe and enjoyable alternatives during your stay. Please contact us with additional details or questions.
Beverages
Each morning, enjoy locally roasted, fair-trade Desert Sun Coffee, with decaf available upon request. Throughout the day, help yourself to house made lemonade, iced tea, orange juice, and milk. We do not serve soda or bottled water — all tap water at the Ranch is filtered mountain spring water, fresh, delicious, and safe to drink!
Soda can be requested during dinner behind the Saloon.
Feel free to bring along any specialty drinks that we do not provide. Each room has a refrigerator where you can store any specialty items.
Western Hospitality
At Majestic Dude Ranch, our goal is to provide tasty nourishment during your stay in a laid-back and welcoming environment. Our team strives to create an inclusive dining experience for all. During your stay, we always have plenty of snacks to grab in between meals, lemonade, and iced tea to drink. Hot locally roasted coffee in the morning and throughout the day, and filtered water on tap. We do not serve soda or bottled water.
