At The Majestic Dude Ranch, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer flexibility with your reservation. In the case you cannot make it to our ranch, reservations are allowed to be postponed up to one year in advance with no added costs or fees. Cancellations made 90+ days prior to your check-in date will receive a full refund of their deposit minus a $100 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 90 days of your check-in date will forfeit their deposit.
This policy does not apply to large group reservations of 10 or more guests—please contact us directly for details regarding group cancellation terms.
In the event you arrive late or depart early, your rate cannot be prorated.
